Two piece fly rods have one ferrule. This means fewer weak points and a more evenly distributed power curve, enabling you to get the most out of your high-performance rod. While 4 piece fly rods are great for traveling, day in and day out, a 2 piece counterpart will consistently outperform. And if it's monster fish you're after, a removable fighting butt will help you stay in the fight as long as your rod can.

We offer 2 piece options in both the Dearborn and Warm Springs fly rod models and our custom fly rods can also be made with 2 piece blanks.
