Description

A happy medium between more aggressive weight forward lines and lengthier tapers meant for long casts, the 4wt MC-38 fly line is our go-to for light nymphs, dry flies and longer casts in medium waters.

This line is a half-size heavy: the first 30 ft of taper weighs in at 130 grains (8.39 grams) while the remaining eight feet of taper tacks on additional weight for even more power. You’ll have no problem loading your rod for a beautiful, classic cast. Features welded loops at both ends for easy attachment to backing and leader.
